BEAT reaches over 300 calls!
BEAT Beetledrive 7th July 2007
On 7th July BEAT held a Beetledrive at Billingshurst Village Hall to raise funds for, and raise awareness of, the group. During this fun evening prize games and raffles were held and a buffet supper was laid on.
The evening was a huge success and seemed to be enjoyed by everyone present; over 80 people attended. So many people made the evening possible but special thanks should go to Keith Brown and Sara Duffield for organising the event, Keith Barraclouth for running the games and everyone who helped prepare food and set the hall up. Thanks also to all the local companies and individuals who donated prizes for the event and to Jason Russell, of Dotcom Computers, for his donation of £100 on the evening.
Taking into account ticket and raffle sales, and the donation from Dotcom Computers, £549 was raised on the evening.
Thanks to everyone who attended the evening and everyone who made it possible.
